Thierry has a very high level of interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions especially in the Healthcare and Retail Industries.
Very recently he has had extensive experience with Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) compliance, Capital Raise, Restructuring and Turn Around for ASX listed companies.
He has had comprehensive experience as a successful Senior Executive, Co-Founder, Board Member of ASX and International Public Companies, Board Observer and Board Advisor to several Start-ups. Extensive experience as Chief Executive Officer, Country Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Director, Sales & Marketing Executive and Global Director of Professional Services.
He is a Strategic Leader, growth oriented with Global Business Development experience closing and delivering complex and large deals in multi-cultural business environments in Australian-New Zealand (ANZ), Asia Pacific (APAC) and parts of Europe (EMEA).
Thierry has had broad experience across industries including Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Bio Tech, Public Sector, Government (State & Federal), Higher Education, Transport and Retail. In addition, he has had Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales experience with ERP Systems (SAP, NetSuite), eLearning (Skillsoft) Competitive Pricing Insights (Invigor). Moreover, he has spent years in Technology Sales bundled with Services - Consulting Services, Professional Services and End-to-End Delivery (Cisco, Sun Microsystems, DEC, InterSystems and iSOFT).
Tirthankar has had over two decades of corporate experience in Enterprise IT Management at top tier organizations such as IBM, HP and Oracle. He has held various leadership roles, led large teams, managed the delivery of highly complex technology solutions with multi-million dollar budgets. A significant period of Tirthankar’s corporate IT experience has been in the Banking and Financial Services industry. He has a PhD in Machine Learning and academic publications in the field to his name. He continues to be closely attuned to the world of AI which has been his passion for over 25 years. During his PhD research Tirthankar investigated and solved the problem of how a machine learning system in an industrial scenario can be designed to acquire the most useful data by interacting intelligently with its environment and to simultaneously learn its objectives in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
